Nick is great. All three times we've used him, he's been fast, trustworthy and affordable. Usually here same day, gets it done with a great attitude and keeps the price reasonable. He even told us the repair on our washer wasn't worth doing. Fixed the dryer and fridge in 30 minutes or less. Great guy. Hard working, honest.
I chose ATH because of the amount of good reviews. I have an older house. My Kenmore washer and dryer were purchased when I was pregnant with my daughter....who will be going to college this fall. So that tells you....lol.....my washer and garbage disposal (around 15 years old) went out on the same day. I called ATH and nick came to my house within 3 hours as he said he would. My dipsoal is old but he got it working by simply resetting it, and giving me some instructions on how to remove old grime periodically. He never pushed for a complete replacement. With regards to the washer, I had a leaking water pump. Otherwise he commented on how well old Kenmores are-built to last forever. He had the part on hand in his truck. The entire visit took less than one hour, if that long. I feel his price was reasonable. He is very nice and knowledgeable in his work. I will call him when the disposal eventually goes to disposal heaven. I also took cards for neighbor referrals. Great company!
